We do our best to ensure the quality of every order that is delivered. Please check the quality of your order upon receipt. Any errors or damaged items must be reported to us upon receipt of your order.
For health and safety reasons, food and perishable products are not returnable for any reason except in cases where cheesecakey.com delivered the incorrect item.
There will be no refund of delivery charges except in cases where cheesecakey.com delivered the incorrect product. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt and inspection of the products, you will have the option of a replacement or refund of the purchase price and delivery charges, where applicable.
To return the product for a credit or a refund, pre-approval is required in writing via email from cheesecakey.com. All customer refunds will be issued by bank transfer within 7-14 working days.
After receiving the products, you will need to break the seal and inspect the item for damages. If your item is damaged, please send us a photo and notify us immediately. Otherwise, refund claims cannot be filed as the item has to be inspected upon delivery with our delivery personnel.
Any order sent to a customer that is refused or is undeliverable will be charged at full delivery fee, including return delivery charges to cheesecakey.com Undeliverable packages are considered orders with incorrect addresses or orders where our delivery team has made one attempt to deliver and no one is available to accept the package.
If you have given us an incorrect address, we will resend the order at your expense. Any changes to the delivery date, time and location will require a written confirmation by email or text. Alternatively, you can contact us for self-collection.
