Our cakes are delivered frozen. For the best taste and quality, thaw the appropriate portions to be served in the chiller at 5°C for 1-2 hours before consumption. Wrap and freeze the remaining slices in the freezer at -18°C for prolonged shelf life. If stored in the chiller, it is recommended consume within 3-5 days. We recommend freeze your cheesecakes at -18°C.
Once thawed in the chiller between 0°C and 5°C. We recommend consuming within 3-5 days. It is best to only thaw the appropriate portions for consumption for that day
We do not recommend refreezing the cake once it has been defrosted or thawed.
Cakes from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery® and The Cheesecake Factory At Home™ may contain egg, milk, soy and wheat allergens. Our cakes are also processed in a plant that manufacture products with peanuts or tree nuts.
While we do take every precaution to avoid any cross-contamination, all our cakes are prepared in the same area, hence it may contain traces of nuts which may not suitable for people with a severe allergy to peanuts or tree nuts.

We do not do any writings on cakes. However, if you like to add a personalised touch for the special occasion, we provide additional options like candles, greeting cards, personalised balloons and flower bouquets to create a memorable experience for you and your loved ones.
